TO PROVIDE INDIVIDUALIZED HEALTHCARE TO EACH STUDENT IN OUR DISTRICT. WE DELIVER CARE THROUGH OUR SKILLED TEAM OF DISTRICT NURSES, HEALTH AIDES AND ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS!

Services

We offer personalized healthcare plans for students with medical needs. Please contact your school and/or the district nurse for your school directly with any healthcare questions!
We offer:
 
  • care for students impacted by type one diabetes
  • daily medication administration for medications that must be given during school hours (medication form required, signed by medical provider and parent, see Forms)
  • seizure action plan coordination with your child's provider and staff training as necessary to provide safe student care
  • EPI-PEN's- we train staff to administer epi-pen's and safely store your child's epi-en on the school site (medication form required, signed by medical provider and parent, see Forms)
  • design and implementation of IHP's (individualized healthcare plans) and support of the 504 process for medical needs
  • implementation of federal and state mandated immunization programs, communicable disease control and emergency care
 
Additionally, we offer Home Hospital services for students with significant and/or medical conditions who cannot attend school based upon mutual agreement between the physician and Director of Program Services.
