Hello MJUSD staff and community!
I would like to take a moment to introduce myself as I am a new member of the MJUSD family. I look forward to working with you in our excellent District as we continue to focus on recruiting and retaining exceptional staff members as we serve our students and families.
MISSION STATEMENT
To serve children by promptly and courteously attending to the personnel needs of each District employee.
GOALS
- Continue to support the Beginning Teacher Support & Assessment (BTSA) Program that offers a dynamic mentor program for new teachers in the district.
- Establish employee evaluation standards based upon the California Standards for the Teaching Profession.
- Provide adequate substitutes to support staff development activities.

The individuals identified in AR1312.3 – Uniform Complaint Procedures as the employee coordinating the district's response to complaints and for complying with state federal civil rights laws, is hereby designated as the district's ADA coordinator. He/she shall receive and address requests for accommodation submitted by individuals with disabilities, and shall investigate and resolve complaints regarding their access to district programs, services, activities, or facilities.
