Hello MJUSD staff and community!
I look forward to working with you in our excellent District as we continue to focus on recruiting and retaining exceptional staff members as we serve our students and families.
MISSION STATEMENT
To serve children by promptly and courteously attending to the personnel needs of each District employee.
GOALS
- Continue to support the Beginning Teacher Support & Assessment (BTSA) Program that offers a dynamic mentor program for new teachers in the district.
- Establish employee evaluation standards based upon the California Standards for the Teaching Profession.
- Provide adequate substitutes to support staff development activities.
